Works Perfectly with Comcast. I have had Comcast for 8-9 years, and have been paying for modem rentals all that time. It started out at $5/mo., then $7, now $10. Great Product and Terrible Installation On paper this product has a lot of potential. However it seems that there was no testing and release plan from the part of Comcast to support this product and train their help desk team. Also, Arris does not care what Comcast is doing or saying about this product.
