Buy the SB6183 instead of this model i am going to repeat what another buyer said.. I am replacing this with the SB6183. I had the same exact problem as the other buyer posted exactly0 I am past my return date also so I am out $100.Do not buy this modem. This modem is running on a flawed Puma chipset and is plagued by continued disconnects. 8 of 10 times it recovers after 30-60 seconds, the other 2 you will have to bounce the modem.
