I called Arris and man the tech was so nice! They confirmed my it was my ISP issues This modem does its job. Nothing wrong with this hardware I give it 5 stars and I called customer support about an issue and rate it 10 out of 10. With that said let talk about issues I had. I have comcast.. Functions Flawlessly – Has a Horrible Issue Though When you look critically at modems it doesn’t take you long to realize that the Arris Surfboard product line is the easy winner. The choice then comes down to whether you get SB6183 or SB6141. Honestly, for $30 less and speeds up to 343Mbps the SB6141 should seem like an easy choice for 99% of people.
