12k is ridiculous. I could buy a decent used pick-up truck for that price. I have a feeling in a few years there will be a wide selection of similar lift foil boards under $2k. I don't see what could be patented here.

These are called hydrofoils you silly non-surfer goonies.
Not SURF BOARDS!!!! not one wave in shot. More of a jet ski. Wavejet boards are a real powered surf board.
Everyone looks bored like their out for a stroll and wish they were doing something else more exciting. Need more speed like about twice that to be interesting.
