Returning. Confusing Without Instructions, and Limited Rotation Capability Good quality. However there are a lot of pieces and no instructions which is extremely annoying. You can figure it out, but how hard would it be to put an index card in the box showing what all the pieces are for?The main reason I’m returning and going with a competitor’s product is the fixed rotation capabilities. It didn’t actually fit my dogs, but I blame the dogs for that Plan A was to fit this onto our Basset mix. Bassets aren’t the most well-proportioned of creatures, and the chest plate would only sit at a very awkward angle, which then pulled the back plate up to the middle of her neck, all of which colluded to make walking into a sort of goose-stepping affair, which looks every bit as ridiculous as you can imagine with those stumpy Basset legs.
