Great video ! Thanks!

Xtra.Film says:

I use a 5'4" board and i am travelling to bali is october would a 5'8" board bag be big enough to fit my board and packing inside

Jeff Fuller says:

Got info, But on a recent trip to and from Oahu, After checking my bag,Hawaiian Airlines chose to inspect the contents thereby destroying and kind of protective packing I had done. The result when I arrived at the north shore was banged up rails.I had to do some quick solarez before I could paddle out.

Sam Wells says:

that lisp doe

Sebastian Bohorquez says:

Would you say Dakine makes the best board bags? I was thinking of getting a channel island bag, what are your thoughts on those?

Vadym Antipov says:

I made it myself. Just go to woodprix webpage if you'd like do the same

Monik Gagnon says:

NICE,,, WILL TRY THAT ON OUR WAY TO BRAZIL

Michael S says:

Everyone will have a JJF experience at some point because you're at the mercy of the luggage handlers. After reading about it in the Surfer's Guide to Costa Rica, I have been using a Santa Monica Surf Case (i.e. cumbersome fiberglass canoe-looking thing) and I have not had a dinged board in a decade. It's woefully wonky to lug around, absolutely kooky looking, but effective.

shmaveyea says:

I only pack a carry-on and my surfbag, so towels, wetsuits, extra clothes, suncsreen, and anything liquid goes in with the decks haha

cool88905 says:

that feel when you have glassed on fins

Mme Price says:

This "how-to" video was perfection. Also going to check out that book! Thanks.

Derek Dodds says:

This is a great video—though here at Wave Tribe we recommend traveling with our hemp travel boardbags as an alternative to the other brands. Our surf travel bags have more padding than any other bb in the industry and when you get bored you can smoke them too.

Tomeka Pompey says:

I'll make it myself. Just got instructions from woodprix website and I'm ready to do it 😀

Bryan Truong says:

Any airline that is particularly good for transporting boards??? I'm going on my first surf trip from Florida to California this summer and I hope to bring 3 boards

CG WGGW says:

I use egg crate foam. VERY Light and very protective. I cut 4 strips (top, bottom and sides) then 2 small squares for front and back.

Edmund Spang says:

Whatever your method, make sure you don't over pack it so well that only you know how close it again. TSA has to be able to get in search and shut. My bag came back from Costa Rica wide open stuff everywhere with one piece of TSA duct tape.. no bueno.

David S says:

"Pillow snob" I love that one!!!
Same theory on the weight, "the lighter the better!"

Nick Jones says:

Has anyone traveled with 3 boards flying spirit airlines and what was the cost?

ArlenIsDarlin says:

Literally just had Hawaiian airlines somehow get one my boards (fred rubble) to hawaii minus 2 inches of its nose. I found out that it doesn't matter how well I protect them because they shift all of the protective padding out of place during inspection and don't put it back into place. Extremely frustrating!

Nick Treiber says:

Please do more of the change the forecasts

Isaac Greene says:

Hi Chris, Please do a review on the AireEOla by lib tech, particularly the 5,11. I'm defiantly packing my triple board bag this way next time.

Danny Doyle says:

I did the pipe insulation on a trip to CR. I had to spend a good portion of the first day using deet as a solvent to remove the stuck on foam. I'm totally tying the "because" method next trip.

Colby Riviere says:

Thanks for this! Gonna be huge help on my trip to Puerto Rico soon

Jeff Holmes says:

Any way to get your hands on a DHD dx1 and a CI peregrine for review?

Taico Alves says:

It DOES work!
