Lost In Papua

When Leo Fioravanti and Josh Moniz traveled to the South Pacific for a trip to Papua New Guinea, they set foot onto one of the most linguistically diverse lands in the world, with over 800 languages spoken throughout its primarily rural population. But they found that the limits of language don’t apply, when you come across a wave that looks like Lowers, thousands of miles from home. A good wave is a good wave, no matter the word you use to describe it. The newest short film from director Marc Chambers closes on a high note, as Fioravanti and Moniz push a group of local children into the calm breakwater for their first waves. Before too long, P.N.G could be known for the range of its young talent pool just as it is known for its range of languages.

The cuts felt a little too fast, like it was rushed. As soon as I started to enjoy the scenery it cut to something else. Other than that these videos are incredible!
