I only use Motorola/ARRIS cable modems as that’s what I’ve trusted for the last 10 years without issues. I technically don’t have much in the way of technical reasons to give this modem 5 stars other than I’ve had excellent luck with Motorola (now ARRIS Solutions?) for 10 years since my first DOCSIS 2.0 modem, an SD5120 I bought back in 2007.
