It's so great when these guys talk with Occy because they all have so much love for him. As do I. But holy sh*t Occ, ask a question and then shut up and listen!!! Dude will not stop talking over whoever he's interviewing.

another great one. i've never heard dorian talk about some of this stuff. i think occy makes people so comfortable, and also knows the questions to ask, that he gets really interesting stuff. plus just hearing him is a cheery experience.

Occy – Love the relaxed nature of the interviews but for pete's sake man, stop with the filler language (yeh, yah, yah-yah-yah). Every episode is full of that garbage. Let your guests get their thought out in full. It's esp bad in the podcast (audio) format

That said, Dorian's a great guest. Man's man, hellman in the water, good dad and husband at home. I wish you many long years, Shane-o!

Awesome to hear Shane-o just talk story, great job Occ…but hey try to let them speak sometimes when they're sharing something out of the ordinary, and need to switch gears but you interrupt them to keep on track. I wanted to hear about Shane's near death experience when he was 18, that would be something unusual to hear about. Don't be afraid to let a little space into the conversation, take the less logical track, it makes it more interesting. Great job overall, great to hear this conversation between two of surfing's classic down to earth elite.
