How to choose a size….. Decent rashie for the price. The material is not super thick but adequate. Seams are all flatloc and comfortable. As far as sizing goes, I think a lot of people don’t understand how a rash guard is supposed to fit. It’s supposed to be skin tight, but not binding at the arm joints. They’re made to go under a wetsuit and be completely smooth on the skin. The sizing chart runs true to size for a proper fit under a suit. Keeps the sun off, and keeps me cool I have worn this rashguard at both at the beach on 80+ degree sunny days, and at the lake while paddleboarding for several hours, and I was surprised to find that I have never felt hot because of wearing this shirt. In fact, once it gets a little wet, it actually keeps me cool. The cooling effect it gives you while the water evaporates from its fabric feels similar to standing in in air conditioned room, especially if there’s a breeze..As for sizing, many of the reviews say to order…
