Accurate fit, unless you have broad shoulders I got this to use for sports like snorkeling and parasailing on vacation in the Caribbean. I haven’t used it yet, but wanted to report on the fit since I read the other reviews about size. I got the medium and it fits pretty well, snug but comfortable. I’m 5’3″, 130 lbs., bra size 36B.
