Opton 1:
Step 1. Measure the distance between Eyebrow to bottom of the chin.
Step 2. If the distance is less than 14 cms or 5.5 inches, Choose Small/Medium.
Step 3. If the distance is more than 14 cms or 5.5 inches, Choose Large/XL.
Opton 2:
Step 1. Measure the face width.
Step 2. If the width is less than 12 cms or 4.8 inches, Choose Small/Medium.
