The ‘Water Wallet’ by Bullet Proof Surf has been specially designed by paddle boarders and surfers to solve an age old problem – what do you do with your keys and wallet (and now phone) when you get to the water’s edge? The Water Wallet combines an IXP8 certified sealable waterproof case – with a super handy belt (that can also be used as a shoulder strap) and even includes an adjustable lanyard – so the Water Wallet can be worn around your waist, your shoulders or your neck – you choose! This belt is extremely versatile – adjustable from super small (it fits a 6 year old) right out to accommodate heavier paddlers wearing jackets or outer wear (up to 43 inches). The case can be worn at the front of the paddler, or at the back – over the top of gear or underneath – and when wearing it you quickly forget it’s even there. As shown in the photos the Water Wallet easily accommodates the largest Smartphone (photos are showing the I-phone 6 S plus) AND a large set of car keys. Does it float? While we cannot ‘guarantee’ it will float (as we do not know how everyone will use the Water Wallet), we do know it is VERY buoyant if you seal it and leave a good amount of air inside – even when repeatedly dropped into the water – just check the photos – and the phone still works when in the bag – messages, photo’s – calls – you name it. (Just not finger print recognition!) If you would rather not take your phone and valuables out on the water with you – the Wallet also gives you great piece of mind knowing no sand will get into your phone and car keys. Just seal the Wallet with everything in it before you get to the beach or Lake – and stow it in a bag – or even bury it for security. Just don’t forget where you buried it!
Compilation of the greatest worst surfing wipeouts ever caught on tape.
Most surfing wipeouts are hardly extraordinary, or even dangerous. Nine times out of ten, a wipeout is more akin to launching a flying squirrel off the diving board than, say, plunging backwards from the coping of an eight foot half-pipe while skateboarding. After all, it’s only water, right?
Let’s not forget about the one time out of ten. It’s the terrifying moment that leaves us wondering how we ever got talked into this surfing thing in the first place, and although it is indeed rare, it’s also unavoidable. Going face-first into the reef, taking a 10-wave set on the head, getting rag-dolled beneath a malevolent closeout – these are a surfer’s true test of strength, skill, and will-power. Biggest waves ever surfed. riding giants, full movie, rip fallen surfers.
