Biggest Wave Ever Surfed

Nazare Portugal puts up some monster-sized waves and is the place multiple records for the ‘tallest wave surfed’ have been broken. The current record is 86 feet tall but the waves produced can reach over 100 feet.

One of the largest swells in the past 15 years hit the west coast on Friday January 6, 2023.
Thanks to surf forecaster Mike Durand with SwellMagnet for helping me sort out where to go for this swell. I was torn between Rincon and San Diego and opted to go where it would be biggest.

A Huge Cyclone just slammed California. Here is some action form Seal Beach in Southern California. The beaches were flooded records were broke and the water was dirty. But these guys were killing it! Nolan Rapoza was absolutely getting after it!
