Will Skudin Paddles Into Biggest Wave Ever

THE BIGGEST, MOST CRITICAL WAVE EVER PADDLED AT NAZARÉ. Native New Yorker Will Skudin and his brother Cliff Skudin took a chance on this late December swell and Nazaré delivered. Garrett McNamara said it best: “Will Skudin on one of the biggest paddle waves I have ever seen, if not the biggest !!! ”
Not only did Will Skudin ride one of the biggest and most critical waves ever paddled into at Nazaré, but he also took one of the gnarliest wipeouts of his life. After surviving the wipeout, Will managed to swim himself to shore. He told us that he was as proud of swimming to shore as he was of catching the wave.
