The Big Waves season in Nazare – Portugal, is between October and March. So that is the best time to see the Nazare big waves. Sebastien Steutner caught a huge monster and paid the price, but did he set a new world record?
Big wave season is open and professional surfers took advantage of gigantic waves as high as multistory buildings off the coast of Portugal on Thursday, October 31, 2020.
Hurricane Epsilon created a massive North Atlantic swell which made for some of the biggest waves recorded in the coastal Portuguese town of Nazare, a world-famous big wave spot. Sebastien Steutner might have broken a new world record.

Reblogged 4 years ago from www.youtube.com“The wave kept growing and it just felt like I was dropping forever, skateboarding down a hill going 100mph´´Conor Maguire.
Mullaghmore. Big Wednesday. The atmosphere was so heavy you could feel it weighing on your shoulders.
Conor Maguire supported by the Irish Tow Surf Rescue Club, his friend and Red Bull redefined what many thought possible within the Irish Big Wave scene.
Towing into possibly the biggest waves ever ridden in Ireland, he let the years of experience he has acquired at his home wave show through. A day to remember.
