Great for swimming or cycling! The rash guard does its job and seems to be of a good quality fabric, on par with most other rash guards. The two issues I have with it are the neck hole and the hem.First, the neck hole. It is TINY! This is a junior’s style shirt, and it’s meant to be skin tight. So, know that when you’re purchasing, you need to size up. I actually sized up two and it’s a bit snug, but comfortable. If it helps, I’m a 36D and the extra large fits well.
