Large seems to be the right size for a 5’7″ man who weighs 170 pounds. Update: I took this wetsuit out for 18 dives last week in Roatan Honduras and it worked well. It was very easy to put on and take off and, for the most part, I didn’t even think about it when I was diving. The only advice I would pass on is to make sure you have the Velcro tabs secured properly at the top of the zipper. There is a small tab to secure the zipper and then a larger tab to secure the neck.
