So easy to let the fear tell you what to do and equally difficult to realise that fear is a thought like any other. But that insight into staying present… gold. It's still not easy but congratulations to every single one of those brave souls that went out in 13:03 those conditions.β€
I know how much a GoPro under exaggerates a wave and that was terrifying to watch. Takes the fun out of surfing imo
