More terrifying mad moments & crazy wipeouts shot at some of the best big wave spots on the planet. I have been chasing waves for over 47 years now and this is some of the craziest 18 minutes of mayhem shot at SHIPSTERNS BLUFF in Tasmania, THE RIGHT in Western Australia, DEADMANS & CAPE SOLANDER in Sydney, LUNA’S in Victoria, KONEYS in South Australia, ITACOATIARA in Brazil, CLOUDBREAK Fiji, NAZARE Portugal , MULLAGHMORE in Ireland, TEAHUPOO in Tahiti, MAVERICKS California & PEAHI/JAWS Hawaii. P.S. Everyone featured here survived each and every crazy wipeout.

No thanks…the aussie stuff just looks like the guys are practising wipeout survival while getting a bunch of cool images. I've spent a lot of time in the water but never went anywhere near anything that big. Teahupo'o a couple of times when I decided to just spectate. Had a few scares in my time but I can't even fathom getting that kind of a beat down. I understand it is more or less calculated risk but it still looks simply insane. No pain no gain huh.

Some of the camera angles here do real justice to the perspective of those huge waves.

I'm happy to know that the waves at Itacoatiara Beach, Niterói, one of the beaches mentioned in the video, are becoming known in the surfing world. Even among Brazilians, Itacoatiara is rarely talked about. I live a 5-minute drive from this beach.

Why not have sounds of waves versus your music?
