Instant review… will do a long term one too I was looking for a minimal shoe and was considering the Merrell Trail Glove 2 and came across these. I was a bit hesitant since the company doesn’t have a digital footprint anywhere other than Amazon and that they look like an identical to the Merrell so they are probably a knock off.When I got the package I was even more concerned. Low priced minimalist shoe Iâve been a long time user of minimalist shoes. I started the transition using Nike Free 3.0, then moved on to Merrell Trail Glove 1 and Merrell Sonic Glove. I was looking for replacements. I looked at the new Merrellâs and wasnât impressed. There were changes to a thicker sole with cushion which defeats the purpose of a minimalist shoes. I just recieved my pair and they appear to be great. They fit my feet perfectly which is something I always have had a problem with on the Merrells and others. They seem like they are for a more narrow foot but they accommodate my med-wide foot just fine. I am quite pleased with the fit. Quality of the materials and the stitching all appears to be top notch. The only thing left to test is how they wear. That is the only reason I am giving this a 4 star initially.
