For swimming, they run a bit BIG. Here’s the deal. We ordered a Small women’s for a woman 5.5 and 108 lbs. Could have used an X small. Ordered Medium mens (which is a large in Europe) for a man 6 ft 1″, 170 pounds, (lean). It was too big (baggy) for a swimming rash guard. Great fit, quality, and warm too After ordering some other rash guards that were just ok, I decided to try this because of the zip front and waIst length. This rash guard immediately looked like a high quality product, and the material felt nice, silky soft and not too bulky. Good for lounging, bad for surfing/active sports. This is a good swim shirt and a bad surf shirt, which, really I should have known from the price point.This shirt rides up while surfing, so I’m constantly yanking it down while paddling to avoid a tramp stamp burn. The zipper is good quality, but it is full-sized. I get sore on my sternum from it pressing into me on my board. One time I had a little bruising.
