The problem is poor customer service First, they are undersized and VERY narrow. I wear shoe size 8.5 (wide when I can find them, or usual shoes otherwise), and with the dry feet the “size 7-10” fins would not fit even on the bare feet, let alone with aquasocks. But with the wet feet I was able to pull them on. Second, the very first time I tried to enter the water, a side clip unclipped itself, shot off the fin and got lost. That was it for the trip. I’ve got a replacement heel strap, so maybe I’ll try again some day…
One of the clips that holds the tether to the fin fell off and was lost. The problem is poor customer service. US Diver’s has a contact form but their response time is ridiculous. Two weeks ago I submitted a request about getting a replacement part. I have had no response. Last night I sent another request. I did not see a phone # so I can talk to someone.
