EP 4: MY WORST WIPEOUTS- JAWS Airdrop and Pushed Down into the Depths

Waking up in my tent and paddling out to 50ft Jaws, I recall one of the most violent and deepest hold downs of my career.

Huge thanks to the legend Larry Haynes for capturing this incredible footage alongside and Dan Norkunas for filming the whole scenario go down.

This was filmed during the making of “Ground Swell: The Other Side of Fear” and “Over the Edge”.

Excellent storytelling. I like the line: "All the factors were going up, and I am trying to get down." Given the wave you were on, that line has a lot of meaning.
